Valentine Dinner

The Sherman Community Theater Guild invite you to attend their Valentine Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 6:00 pm before seeing “BUS STOP” Dinner will be catered by Feast On This! Tickets for dinner are $30 each. Tickets for “BUS STOP” are not included in the price. Reservations for the dinner & the play may be made by calling 903-337-5662. The menu for the night includes:Caesar salad loaded with chopped Roma tomatoes, English cucumbers, Parmesan cheese, Calamata olives and focaccia croutons…tossed with our house creamy Caesar dressing, Mediterranean chicken breasts are stuffed with bulgur wheat, Calamata olives, sundried tomatoes & Feta cheese…complimented with a creamy garlic butter sauce Rice pilaf studded with dried cranberries, raisins & spices…yum! Market fresh vegetables are stir fried with herbs, seasonings & extra virgin olive oil Golden layer cake is filled with milk chocolate mousse and frosted with rich fudge ganache…a drizzle of raspberry glaze too! Honey glazed sweet yeast rolls ~ butter brushed cracked wheat rolls ~ chewy garlic herb focaccia bread Brewed iced tea with sliced lemons & ice
